Estate Sale Advice

Sometimes people will try to be helpful by donating or sorting before we get there.

Please do not donate anything or throw away anything. Items that you think are junk could have potential value.  The more items you have, the greater the value of the sale may be.  It’s amazing, even to us, what does sell, from food and cleaning products, to antiques, firearms, jewelry and vehicles.  We cannot predict what will and won’t sell, but what we can say is the more you have the better a sale you will have!

Our advice to our clients before the sale it to go through the items in the house until you are comfortable handing it over to us.  All you need to remove is what you don’t want to sell.

If there is paperwork that needs to be shredded, you can remove it, or we can transport it to a shredding facility for a small charge.

Since we started our business, we’ve helped hundreds of happy clients throughout the Spokane area reduce what they had, turning their unwanted items into other people’s treasures!

Most people think that summer is the best time to do a sale, but typically winter sales do really well as there is competition, and buyers are “hungry” for a shopping experience.  Basically, there is really not a bad time of year to conduct an Estate Sale.  When you are ready, that will be the perfect time to do a sale no matter what time of year!!
