Free consultations and on-site evaluations. Our estate sales are conducted without any “out of pocket money” from the seller. We work on a percentage of the proceeds from items sold. Our professional sales staff sets up, prices items, conducts the sale and assists customers.
We research estate items utilizing the web, our extensive library, and our team of associate experts, covering hundreds of different categories. It is this extra effort that produces exceptional results and some of the highest prices realized. And for the very rare item, we provide brokering utilizing the web, galleries, high end auctions, and/or private parties.
We handle small estates with the same enthusiasm and care as we do multi-million dollar homes. From a $150,000 1500 sq ft home, to a $7,500,000 12,500 sq ft home, we treat them all as if they were our own.
Our goal is to price all items fairly while aiming to get the most competitive prices for our clients. Our understanding of current trends and the desires of estate sale shoppers allow us to determine optimal pricing. We want every estate sale to be well attended! We advertise on multiple online venues as well as local printed publications, and posted signage to guide shoppers to the sale. Photographs of sale items are posted on the internet to peak interest and we also alert our loyal following of estate sale shoppers of upcoming sales via e-mail blasts

When the sale is completed, we can take care of the donation and clean up at our client’s request. Usually, there is no fee for the donation process. If the clients want us to take care of the trash and dump process, we can do that as well for a small fee (we can usually estimate that prior to the signing of the contract)
Real Estate Sales
Many homes have been sold because of the exposure at one of our estate sales. We have a large volume of clients coming through the sale over the weekend–more than most real estate open houses. We are not real estate brokers, but work with several that can handle your listing if needed. We also have investors who are ready to make a cash offer on the real estate if your needs are time sensitive.
Estate Buyout
On occasion, we can make an offer to buy the whole estate. This is not our first recommendation, but due to certain circumstances this may be your best option. Generally you will get more money by having an estate sale verses an Estate Buyout.
